I have big feelings, high standards, and lots of silly friendships that make life feel like a ridiculous adventure that I actually enjoy. I like to think of myself as uplifting, brave, and vibrant—the kind of person who’ll hype you up, finds punchlines in awkward silences, then cry over a leaf that looks like a heart and still remember to wake up and work hard tomorrow.
I want to open a small bar in a mountain village. It will only open at night, play old vinyl jazz, and serve both cocktails and homemade soup. But for now, I’m building, collecting, and creating stories—in dance, in film, and in the classroom—about people and cultures that deserve to be seen on their own terms.
